俗话说：有一千双手，就有一千种味道。而我的家乡有着它独特的味道，那是一种最天然，最淳朴的味道。从小到大，我对家乡的美食概念便是海鲜，无论是生吃还是焖炖，常常令人垂涎欲滴。
大连作为鱿鱼产地，这里的铁板鱿鱼味道当然是首当其冲地棒了!当地人把竹签串起来的鱿鱼，在滚烫的铁板上来回翻转烤制，再加上特制的调料，这样做成的鱿鱼，脆嫩爽口，香辣鲜美，红亮诱人，回味无穷。目前，这道地方风味小吃已经传遍祖国的大江南北，南方人民甚至改良了做法，并亲切的称之为大连火爆鱿鱼。看来，大连铁板鱿鱼大概已经成为当今的国民小吃了~~还有我最喜欢的焖子是由地瓜粉熬制的凉粉做成，把大块的凉粉放在平底铁锅里，放少量油，用铲子把它压成小碎块，小火慢煎，把外面煎焦后，出锅后淋上炒好的虾段、海螺片等海鲜，再加入蒜泥、芝麻酱、酱油、醋、等调料，香喷喷的“海鲜焖子”就做好了。海鲜焖子以前只能在一些小店作为小吃可以吃到，现在在一些大酒店，也可以吃到海鲜焖子或海参焖子等，颇具地方风味，不妨一试。不过如果问起大连当地人，哪里去吃正宗的焖子，他们大多会推荐给你一些小店，例如，青泥洼桥附近的焖子店，五元一碗香喷喷的焖子。
2路小丸子也绝对是大连人气的小吃之一。它在日本章鱼小丸子的基础上，改良为最适合大连人的口味，因第一家店开在了2路车终点站，而被人们熟称得名。主打招牌有章鱼小丸子、金针菇牛肉卷、土豆泥、金枪鱼三明治等。人气超旺，一般点餐需要排队，等餐也需要排队。
