尊敬的老师，学长学姐，亲爱的同学们，
大家好!我是来自护理091班的，在演讲前请允许我问大家一个问题：大家知道外联部是做什么的吗?
外联部是一个比较特殊的部门，是联系社会与护理学院的桥梁，核心工作是为学生会和学生活动筹集资金，简单地说就是拉赞助。今天站在这个竞选的舞台，我所要竞选的就是外联部部长一职(不要吃惊，你们没有听错，我也没说错，我要竞选的就是护理学院学生会外联部部长)。
有人跟我说过这样一句话：如果你想成为一个部门的部长，你就得把自己放在部长的位置去做事，去考虑问题。这句话我一直记在心中，他不仅让我可以更好的开展工作，更让我进一步了解我自己。大家或许都知道刚开始我竞选的是学生会主席，我也很认真的从主席的角度去考虑过护理学院的各项工作。而今天我之所以会以竞选外联部部长来发表演讲，一方面是我以为我今天的表现不会因为我是竞选主席或外联部部长而受到影响;另一方面，我希望大家能更多的了解外联部。
外联部虽然是出去拉赞助，但代表的是整个护理学院。因此我们的一言一行都需要将护理学院的利益放在首位。在过去的一年中，我的工作能力是大家有目共睹的，所以今天我想大家感兴趣的应该是如果我当选为外联部部长，我将如何开展我的工作。
一，召集外联部成员会议，总结这一年的工作经验，好的方面继续发扬，不足之处努力改正。
二，由于外联部工作的特殊性，我们的工作要走在其他部门之前，很需要其他部门的协调配合，所以积极加强与其他各部门之间的交流沟通。
三，尽可能的发挥本部作用，与有可能成为合作伙伴的各企事业单位及时做好沟通和交流，建立良好的合作关系，以便为我院的各活动提供物资所需，保障活动的顺利开展。
四，外联部是最能体现实践能力的团队要求具有较高的综合素质，而且外联部干事在外工作代表的是全护理学院乃至武铁学院的形象。因此，我们可以定期进行相关知识的培训。
五，建立完善的客户资料档案，维持与客户的长期友好关系。当然了这是一个任重而道远的工作，需要在长期的工作中逐步完善。
当然，以上只是我大体上的工作方向等我担任外联部部长以后会有更详细的工作计划。
我相信无论最终在哪个部门，我都会以我饱满的热情，坚强的毅力，实事求是的工作态度去迎接每一次挑战，全身心肩负起那份责任，就像在奋斗中向南说的：责任不是应该做的事，而是必须做的事。我也会的!

1、what is language for?
some people seem to think it’s for practicing grammar rules and learning lists of words——the longer the words are, the better. that’s wrong. language is for the exchange of ideas, for communication.
2、the way to learn a language is to practice speaking it as often as possible.
3、a great man once said it is necessary to drill as much as possible, and the more you apply it in real situations, the more natural it will become.
4、learning any language takes a lot of effort. but don't give up.
5、relax! be patient and enjoy yourself. learning foreign languages should be fun.
6、rome wasn’t built in a day. work harder and practice more. your hard work will be rewarded by god one day. god is equal to everyone!
7、use a dictionary and grammar guide constantly. keep a small english dictionary with you all the time. when you see a new word, look it up. think about the word——use it, in your mind, in a sentence.
8、try to think in english whenever possible. when you see something, think of the english word of it; then think about the word in a sentence.
9、practice tenses as much as possible. when you learn a new verb, learn its various forms.
10、i would also like to learn more about the culture behind the language. when you understand the cultural background, you can use the language better.
