大家好!
非凡,是一种境界,每个人都想要非凡,但真正做到的人少之又少。有一个人,他虽残疾,但他比任何一个人都不凡。
他,就是被称为“宇宙之王”的霍金,他撰写的科学著作《时间简史》,在世界上有无数的读者。这样一个站在世界巅峰的人,却只能坐在轮椅上,无法动弹。21岁那年,霍金在剑桥大学读研究生时,不幸患上了会导致肌肉萎缩的卢伽雷氏症,不久就完全瘫痪,被永远禁锢在轮椅上。1985年,他又因为肺炎做了穿气管手术,从此再也不能说话。霍金的一生,充满了坎坷与困难,但是他从未向困难低头,他一直顽强地活着,身体不能动,他的思维却飞向了宇宙的最深处,为人类科学进步作出了巨大的贡献。我们很难相信,一个被终身禁锢在轮椅上的人,能爆发出如此强大的能量。霍金的成功,一半是来源于他的心态。
霍金给我留下的最深影响是他的微笑,我上网查阅了许多霍金的照片,照片中场所不同,时间不同,装扮不同,但唯一没变的是他的微笑。那抹微笑,使我看到了霍金积极向上的态度,乐观开朗的性格。霍金在面对困难时,他始终带着微笑,我不禁反问自己,在面对困难时我微笑了吗?答案是:没有。记忆中,我的第一反应大多数是板着脸、流眼泪,或是直接放弃,可是独独没有微笑。我仍记得学骑自行车时的情景,在经历了无数次骑行失败,无数次摔跤后,我心中的信念长城崩塌了,不争气的泪水流了下来,那时候,我根本不想微笑,也不想重新来过。面对困难,我一次次低下了头。而霍金,他却昂着头,带着笑,毫不畏惧的同困难拼搏。或许,这就是他创造奇迹的重要因素。

人与人相识,第一印象往往是在前几秒钟形成的,而要改变它,却需付出很长时间的努力。良好的第一印象来源于人的仪表谈吐,但更重要的是取决于他的表情。微笑则是表情中最能赋予人好感,增加友善和沟通,愉悦心情的表现方式。一个对你微笑的人,必能体现出他的热情、修养和他的魅力,从而得到人的信任和尊重。那么,大家在日常的生活、工作中是否面带微笑呢?
微笑相信谁都会,我们会对家人微笑,对朋友微笑,对我们所认识的每一个人微笑,但是出于我们知道或不知道的心理原因我们没有微笑的习惯——我们面无表情的走在上下班的路上,我们绷着脸处理工作,我们对不认识的人视而不见,我们没有微笑的意识!我们都期望内心快乐的生活,可是我们忘了快乐要从微笑开始。
微笑是人际交往的金钥匙,作为白衣天使的微笑是美的象征,是爱心的体现,给患者以生的希望,它能改善同事间、护患间的关系。当身患重病的患者满怀信心来到病房求医时,不仅可以得到医护人员的热情接待、精心治疗和护理,并且还能从我们微笑中得到信任,看到真诚。
护理工作不复杂但是很繁琐,在我们全身心地投入工作,却遭到别人的不理解,不合作时,久而久之微笑便在我们工作中慢慢地消失了,微笑不仅是一种最基本的礼仪,而且它可以让别人从你微笑中看到对他的尊重和示好的温情,当我们忘记该如何对病人微笑时,心中的负面情绪边开始出现,这样就无法真正地作到为病人着想,护患间的矛盾很容易出现,为了避免矛盾的进一步发展,这时请想想微笑的魅力,尝试着运用一下微笑这种无声的语言。护理工作充满挑战与压力,长期处在压力下的我们心理问题要比一般人群高,因此开朗的性格,快乐的人生态度,一颗真诚的心,这些是我们所迫切需要的。
你对别人微笑,别人也会对你微笑,别看着小小的礼节,它让你在着世上并不孤单——有人和你分享生活的体验,有人对你报以体谅,在享受这个城市的温情同时,你也付出了你的善良,对他人。
微笑是一种令人感觉愉快的面部表情。它能够缩短人与人之间的心里距离为深入沟通与交往创建温馨和谐的良好氛围因此人们把微笑比喻成人际交往的润滑剂,微笑看起来是日常生活和工作中极为普通的细小事情,但它潜移默化的影响着全体医护人员和患者。医院的良好精神文明需要每一位医务人员及患者的共同努力来维护,而护理人员在护理活动中讲文明,有礼貌,懂礼仪,无疑能对整个医院的精神文明建设起到重要作用,微笑反映自己内心坦荡,善良友好,并非虚情假意,它使人们在其交往中自然放松,不知不觉缩短了心理距离。

大家好!在这绿意浓浓、繁花似锦的季节,能够有幸与大家相聚一堂,倾吐心声,畅谈理想,我感到十分激动。我演讲的题目是《微笑的魅力》。
我们金融业是以服务为主旋律的工作,“用心服务”是我们的承诺,“客户满意”是我们的追求。而要真正做到用心服务,做到优质服务,就要无论生张熟李,无论台前柜后,都见展开笑颜。但微笑不是一个简单的表情,微笑是心与心的沟通,是爱与爱的交流。这是微笑的魅力,也是我们服务的精髓。学会微笑,既是对客户和企业负责,也是对自我的尊重和肯定。可以说,微笑,是一种责任,是一种理念,更是一种境界。
作为大堂经理,我的工作主要是负责接待投诉客户、处理投诉案例,管理和巡检营业现场,以及协助上级领导工作。这使我接触到形形色色的人,遇到各种各样需要协调的事情,也让我切实体味到微笑服务的魅力!
记得有一次,一位客户取钱后,又要求我们柜员为其换了两百元零钱。没有点钞就离匆匆离开了。没过多久,客户一脸焦虑地回到窗口,说是少了一百元钱。众所周知,钱款当面点清,离开后再来找不在我们的职责之内。但本着急客户之所急的原则,我们柜员还是为其核对帐目。经过核查,没有发现多余的钱。但顾客一再咬定,这一百元肯定错在我们这里。她还振振有词地说,是她换钱时抽出三张当成两张。客户的情绪越来越激动,一些难听的话也辟头盖脸地扔向柜员。此时,窗口已排成了长龙,有些顾客已开始不耐烦地发牢骚。“一定要控制事态的发展”,我告诫自己。如果以置之不理的方式处理,或许会让顾客很快安静下来,但会给客户造成很大的误会。因为,她一口咬定钱就错在我们这里,决不能让客户带着误会离开。于是,我来到柜台外,微笑着请顾客跟我到大厅的一角,然后耐心地对她解释,并向她保证,我一定会给她一个明白的交待。在我的劝慰下,客户终于安静了下来,并答应等我们下班后,随我到监管科一起查看监查录像带。看了录像带后,没有任何可疑的地方。客户终于无话可说了,但我知道她依然心存疑虑。于是,我给客户留下自己的电话,以便有什么情况可以随时沟通。听了我的话,客户很是感动,她说,我再回去好好找找。当天晚上,我接到了客户的电话,她告诉我,是她弄错了,并再三让我向柜员转达她的歉意。
通过这件事,我深深地理解了这样一句话:“世界上最远的距离,不是生与死的距离,而是互不理解的心与心之间的距离!”是啊,心灵上的樊篱,往往可以使近在咫尺的人,远隔天涯!但只要我们“以客户为中心”的服务宗旨,本着关爱、真诚的服务理念,坚持微笑服务,就可以融化这心灵的“坚冰”,清除这人间的“藩篱”。
俗话说“赠人玫瑰,手留余香”。一个微笑的眼神,一句温软的问候,是我们赠与客户的温馨玫瑰,饱含着我们的深情与厚谊。客户能够乘兴而来,满意而归,就是对我们最好的回报。近年来,我们营销部作为与客户直接打交道的服务窗口,一直始终不渝地推行微笑式温情服务,用心血和汗水兑现我们的每一句诺言。我们在各级领导的支持下,坚持与时俱进地改进服务措施,开展以“人人都是形象,人人都是窗口”为主题的形象工程活动,深化银行服务内涵,增强服务功能,拓展服务领域。不管是接待、咨询、受理投诉等,都热情服务,用我们的热心、细心和耐心、换取客户的安心、放心和舒心。以真诚的微笑缩短了与客户的心理距离,以一点一滴的细致工作赢得客户信赖。在服务中,我们注重以诚待人,以情感人。“没有不对的客户,只有不对的服务”是我们的座右铭。我们知道,文明服务需要有承受委屈的心胸和解释的耐心,唯有注入真情才能真正做到这一点。

there is a kindness called smile good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!
today i’d like to share my personal experience of happiness and bitterness of being an english teacher. i remember, five years ago, when i stood at the teacher’s desk for the first time, maybe because i was too young, maybe because i was too inexperienced, the students in my class paid no attention to me, didn’t behave themselves at all. i felt ashamed and helpless.
in order to save my face, i just criticized the students seriously whenever they talked in class or even moved a little. i thought sooner or later, they would listen to me.
yes, i could control the class now, but the students and the atmosphere became strange. no, they were not listening to me. it was too quiet. the breathless silence urged me to consider the way i was teaching.
then 1 august 2007, i got the chance to study the new course of english. until then could i realized that it was my frozen eyes that make the students flinch, it was my stiff face that trod out the enthusiasm in the children’s hearts. how to stimulate my class and show my warmth, so that they can enjoy their study in english? i had a deep thought.
it’s smile. there is a kindness called smile. it is the most beautiful language in the world. it can make distance no distance. “just awake the students with a smiling face!”i said to myself. the next day, when i stood on the stage with a smiling face, when i asked the questions with a smile, when i encouraged the children in a friendly way, the students were just shocked!
but i could find there was more happiness and excitement in their eyes!
gradually, they got used to it, and participated in my teaching. as i predicted, that class became a lovely one. i was moved, and said“thank you for listening, boys and girls!”
in the following days, i keep on working even harder. i prepare my lessons carefully. i use flash, pictures, riddles, and interesting stories to make great efforts to help the students to learn more. but i will never forget one thing: smile, give them a smile, to give them strength, to let them feel happy, to make them confident. the children do enjoy the english lesson now, when they tell me the answers in great excitement, i can feel their gladness, and my smile is more sincerely than ever!
